I saw this image on tumblr and thought what a fucking crock of shit!. What’s so fucked up about this poster is there is no representative of the modern skinny, yet super buxom beauty. Are Maxim Cover models not human being worthy of being loved too? WTF! There appears to be a growing cult of insecurity coupled with a victimology complex that seem hell bent on tearing down hot, beautiful, skinny, big breasted women with hour glass figures and whore-like sexual appetites. It’s no longer enough to simply worship these god-like women on magazine covers, billboards and on the tv machine from a far, and live vicariously through them, but now its acceptable for any plain Jane to declare she too is equally beautiful if not better than them for being “real”. This whole notion that everyone is beautiful is inherently bullshit because it’s based on the assumption that in this universe Flava Flav and Brad Pitt are in some way equals.

What kind of persons demands their sense of self worth from external reassurances? Retards, that’s who? Ironically, there liberal counter culture that seem to dictate to people, namely women, by definition are “independent, confident, strong, and beautiful” conversely only succeed in making the very people it advocate for more fragile and dependent of external source for their own self-esteem. Do you think Flava Flav waited for someone to give him permission to be worthy enough to allow swarms of hot, desperate skanks to fight for the honor to be able to fuck him as the PRIZE?

I get the whole love your body, but it seem like so many people just pay lip service to this empty expressions they have real concept of. Suppose you love your car… You’re probably washing it regularly, putting premium gas in it, taking it for checkups, rotating the tires, and even throw some D’s on that bitch (preferably ones that spin). Well, you’re no different. When you value yourself – or at the very lease you don’t hate yourself – you’re going to make an effort to care for yourself. This generally manifest itself in actively putting balance and nutritious foods in it, exercising regularly and maintaining the minimum levels of fitness, practicing good hygiene, and try not to smoke too many crack rocks.

Beyond that, what you do for YOU is determined by just how much you value YOU. Here we move beyond simply caring for and maintaining yourself and into the realm of actively improving oneself. Things like adhering to a schedule, going to the gym, eating healthy breakfasts, pursuing activities that develop you physically, mentally, or spiritually. Taking classes, travelling, enriching your life. I’ll tell you, I honestly do not know a single person who holds themselves in high regard who does not engage in the above activities.
